These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WingJockey, operated by Wing Jockey LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the WingJockey service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
WingJockey may update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on the website and within the app. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Age Restrictions: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Account Termination: WingJockey reserves the right to terminate accounts under any conditions that negatively impact the app or its members. No self promotion, selling items or courses, affiliate links, or other commerce is permitted without prior written permission. Users must be pilots or student pilots and able to verify. Users may also terminate their accounts.

All flight logs and related information are private unless explicitly shared by the user.
By submitting, uploading, or sharing any content through WingJockey — including flight replays, photos, videos, debriefs, text posts, and other materials (collectively, “User Content”) — you grant WingJockey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media now known or hereafter developed.
This license includes the right to use publicly shared content for commercial purposes, such as marketing, product development, partnerships, and training materials.
WingJockey will not sell your private or non-public data, and any sensitive or identifying information (such as audio or media tied to your profile) will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your content. This license only applies to content you choose to share publicly or with the WingJockey community.
WingJockey holds all intellectual property rights regarding the app and its content. Users are allowed to share WingJockey's intellectual property on social media. Any other use requires written permission from support@wingjockey.com
WingJockey is free to use for pilots and student pilots only.
WingJockey is not liable for data loss or any guarantees of service availability.
Disputes between WingJockey and users will be handled through a meeting where decisions are made in the best interest of all parties. WingJockey will have the final say.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
WingJockey reserves the right to terminate a user's account or access to the service for any reason.
